Legal Representative (Owner / Shareholder) of the Company/Organization can open the Seller Account with its uFoodin Profile and purchase the Business Membership.

The answer is no, uFoodin can not guarantee the quality of products supplied by the seller. Seller will need to solve the dispute directly with the Buyer.

1st case figure: Cancellation before the payment of the buyer on the escrow account. Cancellation from the Buyer/Seller, no fees will apply on the cancellation.

2nd case figure: The party (buyer or seller) cancels the contract after payment of the buyer.

• If the Buyer cancel the contract after its payment on uFoodin Escrow Account : 6% of the global amount will be retain, 5% for the Seller and 1% for uFoodin to cover Bank and Service fees
• If the Seller cancel the contract after the buyer payment on uFoodin Escrow Account : 1% of the global amount will be retain for uFoodin to cover Bank and Service fees

Today with our Escrow Payment System (Silver and Gold Seller Memberships), Buyers and Sellers from our 195 Countries list are able to conclude orders and pay through our Escrow Payment System.

With the Letter of Credit Payment System (Gold LC Seller Membership) no countries restriction, as the Payment will be done between the Buyer Bank and the Seller Bank
