AS SELLER, HOW DOES IT WORK ?

FAQ

Legal Representative (Owner / Shareholder) of the Company/Organization can open the Seller Account with its uFoodin Profile and purchase the Business Membership.

An employee of a company with an authorization of a Legal Representative of the company is also able to open a seller account. Please go to KKYC/KYB page to download the power of attorney : here

  • All sellers (Starter, Silver, Gold) are verified
  • Very specialized Marketplace: only focused on the Food & Beverage Industry
  • Save time with the Online Chat: you can make direct negotiation with the buyer and conclude the deal more than fast compare to a traditional business model
  • Secure Trade Service (except Gold LC Sellers): we will invoice your clients, and disbursed the funds to your Company Bank Account once all the control of export documents is completed with you and the buyer.
  • Powerful individual dashboard to follow and manage your ongoing sales

The answer is no, uFoodin can not guarantee the quality of products supplied by the seller. Seller will need to solve the dispute directly with the Buyer.

1st case figure: Cancellation before the payment of the buyer on the escrow account. Cancellation from the Buyer/Seller, no fees will apply on the cancellation.

2nd case figure: The party (buyer or seller) cancels the contract after payment of the buyer. 

  • If the Buyer cancel the contract after its payment on uFoodin Bank Account : 6% of the global amount will be retain, 5% for the Seller and 1% for uFoodin to cover Bank and Service fees
  • If the Seller cancel the contract after the buyer payment on uFoodin Bank Account : 1% of the global amount will be retain for uFoodin to cover Bank and Service fees

Today with our uFoodin Secure Trade Service  (Starter, Silver and Gold Seller Memberships), Buyers and Sellers from our 210+ Countries list are able to conclude orders and pay through our Secure Trade Service.

These are the documents we will ask you when you’ll create your account (for the Starter, Silver, Gold & Gold LC Seller Business Memberships).

  • Company owner ID
  • Company Registration proof
  • Company Shareholder declaration
  • Company Articles of Associations 
  • Company Bank Account information (to receive payment)

We reserve the right to ask the seller for further documents if we have suspicions about the information’s veracity.

  • Certificate of Origin (if applicable)
  • Bill of Lading
  • Shipping Insurance Documents
  • An all necessary product documents attached to an exportation to a specific product
