Growing techniques : Tillage and grassing with inter-row sowing, organic fertilizers, without herbicides, protection of the vineyard, as well as the environment, with the introduction of eco-friendly solutions and organic viticulture

We offer fruity and balanced wines, with supple tannic structures, elegant and charming, easy to drink

Grape varieties : 45% Sauvignon, 40% Sémillon, 15% Muscadelle 

Vinification : Pelicullar maceration, the fermentation temperatures are under constant thermal control, filtration of the must deposits, ageing on fine lees for 2 months with stirring of the lees in a barrel

Aging : 3 months in stainless tanks

Alcoholic percentage : 12%

Bottled at the château : March 2023

Tasting notes : Clear pale gold color with silver highlights.
First nose expressive with aromas of yellow fruits (pear, white peach) followed by citrus and mineral notes.
The attack is lively with a nice velvet in the middle of the mouth.
Bold wine with a long finish on citrus flavors

Pairing suggestions : Perfect wine for aperitif and as an accompaniment with fried food, white meat and poultry. Excellent with sea food, cheese and salads
