Vital Wheat Gluten is a high-protein, plant-based ingredient derived from wheat through a wet processing method that removes starch and concentrates the gluten protein. With a protein content typically ranging between 75% and 80%, it is widely used in bakery products, pasta, noodles, and plant-based meat alternatives. Its superior water absorption, elasticity, and dough-strengthening properties make it essential for improving texture, volume, and chewiness in food applications. Our product is food-grade, free from additives or preservatives, and compliant with EU and US safety standards. It is packed in high-quality 25 kg PP bags with an inner PE liner to ensure extended shelf life and protection from moisture. When stored in a cool, dry place, the product remains stable for up to 24 months from the date of manufacture.
