Maturation: 2-3 months periodic “batonnage” on light wine leed in stainless steel tanks

Serving temperature: 11-12 °C

Recommended pairings: Greek vegetable dishes, fried small Mediterranean fish, Asian dishes with sour-sweet sauce, pasta with red sauce, pizza.
