CÉPAGE : 100% CHARDONNAY
METHODE DE VITICULTURE : Le vin effervescent traditionnel a séjourné en cuve inox pendant 10 mois. Nous avons ajouté les paillettes d’or et la liqueur de pèche avant le bouchage.
ALCOOL : 12 % Vol
DOSAGE : Type Brut, 0,75 % (environ 6g. de sucre par litre)
CONDITIONNEMENT : flacon 750 ml
NOTES DE VIN : Vin limpide, reflets jaunes.
Train de bulles pointues, qui alimente un cordon persistant de fines bulles.
Le nez fin et élégant s’ouvre sur des notes de fruits confits de pêche. La bouche ample à l’attaque est dominée par le fruit.
ACCORD METS ET VIN : Ce vin est très bon avec du caviar ; à l’apéritif, après le dîner avec un gâteau ; le long de la nuit pour vos festivités ; en boîte de nuit; ou pour tous les grands événements en famille ou au travail.
