Cathy and Lionel Boutié, guardians of a family heritage dedicated to biodynamic viticulture, capture the soul of our Mediterranean terroir in every bottle. Our wines, with no added sulphites and proudly DEMETER-certified since 2022, are the pure expression of nature.
