I have been involved in shrimp production for 14 years in Nicaragua, Honduras, Panama, Mexico, Venezuela and Ecuador. In these years of experience, I have been involved in stages of cultivation, industrial processing and marketing; always with responsibility and vision in quality assurance. During this career, I have developed skills in industrial equipment, quality control, purchase / sale negotiations, standardization of procedures, provided technical advice to business partners and / or suppliers, implementation of standards such as BRC, ASC and BIO, to establish protocols that guarantee sustainable aquaculture in farming centers and process plants.
