Call for Frozen Chicken Suppliers

Dear suppliers and business partners,

My name is Rodrigo Díaz V. and I act as Commercial Manager of RADVCOMEX, representing a global leader in the agri-food sector, whose name will not be disclosed for reasons of commercial confidentiality. My role is to manage and expand the network of certified suppliers capable of meeting the strong demand for frozen chicken from our clients in Europe and other strategic regions.

Product SpecificationsVolume, Logistics, and Delivery

• Monthly volume:

  • Buyer 1: 25 to 100 metric tons/month

  • Buyer 2 (major distributor): up to 200 metric tons/month

• Delivery frequency:

  • Minimum monthly, with possibility of biweekly or just-in-time (JIT) deliveries depending on buyer needs

• Incoterms:

  • CIF Constanța (Romania) preferred, FOB or DDP negotiable

• Port of destination: Constanța, Romania

• Transport: Maritime refrigerated containers, guaranteed cold chain (-18°C or lower)

• Palletization:

  • Full pallets only, approx. 1,200 kg net (80 boxes)

  • 40’ reefer container: approx. 27 metric tons net

Certifications and Mandatory Requirements

• Sanitary certificate issued by the competent authority

• Certificate of origin and, if applicable, Halal or Kosher

• Establishment approved by the EU and registered in TRACES

• Animal welfare certification and residue control

• Compliance with EC No. 852/2004 and 853/2004 (food hygiene standards)

• Successful export history to Europe, preferably with reference clients

Legal and Commercial Documentation

• Contract: Standard, with flexibility to negotiate key terms

• Invoicing: EUR preferred; payment terms: LC or 30% advance / 70% against B/L

• Transport: B/L, Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin

• Additional certifications: Halal available; Kosher and organic upon request

Request for Quotation

We are requesting quotations for the regular supply of frozen, skinless, boneless chicken breast, IQF, in monthly volumes of 25 to 200 metric tons. We require suppliers with all necessary certifications for export to the European Union, including sanitary, origin, Halal (optional), animal welfare, and residue control. Interested parties are invited to submit the product technical sheet, valid certifications, production capacity, and commercial conditions. Preference will be given to suppliers with experience shipping to Europe and availability to negotiate long-term contracts.
