🌙 Il y a plus de 20 ans, Lionel et Cathy Boutié ont fait le pari audacieux de se lancer dans l’agriculture biologique, devenant ainsi des pionniers du Languedoc. Pour eux, un bon vin naît de l’harmonie entre le sol, la plante et le monde animal. 🍷
Depuis 1999, nos vignes sont certifiées par ECOCERT et le label BIO EUROPEEN et depuis 2022 l’entièreté de notre production est certifiée DEMETER. Lionel et Cathy allient tradition et innovation pour produire des vins de qualité exceptionnelle. Les raisins, récoltés à parfaite maturité, fermentent avec des levures indigènes. 🐞
🍇 Notre cave historique du XIXe siècle d’une capacité de 30 000 hectolitres, permet de gérer aisément les récoltes de nos 45 hectares de vignes. Dix cépages différents y prospèrent, donnant naissance à des vins rouges, blancs et rosés.
Nous proposons également une gamme de vins naturels sans sulfites ajoutés, élaborés avec des levures naturelles. Chaque bouteille reflète ainsi un savoir-faire traditionnel et familial, marqué par le respect de la nature et des hommes.

🍇 Our historic 19th-century cellar has a capacity of 30,000 hectolitres, making it easy to manage the harvests from our 45 hectares of vines. Ten different grape varieties thrive here, giving rise to red, white and rosé wines.
We also offer a range of natural wines with no added sulphites, made with natural yeasts. Each bottle reflects traditional, family know-how, marked by respect for nature and people.
