The honey world is very attractive and complex. We have a strong focus on the quality of our honey to guarantee the authenticity of our product to our customer. Our honey is tested and certified for it’s level of MGO, to each MGO level is associated a specific quality indicator call UMF (Unique Manuka Factor).
