Have you ever imagined that we could make Greek and Cypriot Pita Bread in short scale in a Pilot Plant?
We have done it simulating the baking of pita bread at 480 C for approximately one minute.
The divided dough pieces have been allowed to ferment for 30 minutes passing through gauge rollers.
Cypriot Pita has been degased and baked right after.
Our Lab is ready to work on your Pita Breads, Arabic Bread as well as Tortillas with your Flour!
By the end of the trials we have tried out the Pilot Plant for Ice Creams as well, creating a wonderful Vanilla Ice Cream!
