      This year we have started our new production line of INFUSED & DRIED FRUITS ( WITH APPLE CONCENTRATE​ OR SHUGER).

      We sweeten fresh or IQF fruits with sugar syrup or apple juice concentrate, after that, dry them at low temperature in specially designed ovens to preserve color, texture, and nutrients.
      The purpose of infusion is to sweeten the fruits as well as to make them soft as ready to eat sun-dried fruits. Besides, the products are microbiologically protected due to low water activity by infusion.
      Our product range includes cherry, sour cherry, strawberry, peach, pomegranate, apple, apricot, oranges, figs, lemons, pears and so on that are cultivated in Turkey.
