WINEMAKING METHODS

Grapes are handpicked after 60 days of drying on the vine. Skin contact with fermentation lasted ten days. Natural malolactic fermentation. Wine ages for 24 months in new tonneau barrels, a combination of American and French oak.

Testament vineyard is located on the hillsides of Jadrtovac, 70 to 100 m above sea level. Vines are planted in limestone karst with less than 20% soil – these harsh conditions result in premium grapes. All vineyard work is competed manually and wine iscertified organic.

TASTING NOTES

Red dessert wine with an aroma of dark chocolate, plums and ripe cherries. The flavour is complex with silky tannins. Acidity and freshness are well-balanced.
