I studied,specialized and graduated in The Netherlands in Food Science and Business Management, with 5 years’ experience in Europe and 25 in South America. My background includes serving as a Tech. Adviser for the European Community. As high officer of the Ecuadorian Government I handled international relations, driving leadership, developing industrial projects, creating rules, norms and policies and much more. I’ve been several times Under-secretary of industries for the Ecuadorian government. I’m a qualified FAO-WHO Food professional; I speak 3 languages and have a good knowledge of 3 more.
