68% of companies train their employees on #diversity and #inclusiveness
70% of the Food Industry #executives assert that their diversity programs have created a more positive work environment.
Still, 65% of the food product suppliers admit their leadership doesn’t represent the general population.
In the Food Industry, 35% of the executive boards were women and marginalized people, compared to 47% of nonfood consumer product businesses.
