… we do not use a single one of them.
So, what is the bread made from?!?
That is the most frequently asked question… When we look at the initial picture it might seem that there is not much left to make bread. But when there is a lot of will, there always is a way. In our case, to substitute such an important component of our diet – bread, we used eggs, seeds and nuts, insoluble fibre, and our No Grain Bread was born.
