WINEMAKING METHODS

Grapes are selected from the vineyard, picked early in the morning, and processed the same day. Fast processing (the fruit is destemmed and crushed with two hours of skin contact; only free run has been taken). Fermented for two months with lees stirring.

Testament vinyard is located on the hillsides of Jadrtovac, 70 to 100 m above sea level. Vines are planted in limestone karst with less than 20% soil – these harsh conditions result in premium grapes. All vineyard work is competed manually and wine is certified organic.

TASTING NOTES

Rosé wine with an aroma of vineyard-grown peaches and wild flowers. The flavour pairs well with the aroma; it is well-balanced, full-bodied, and vibrant.
