In developing this unique cuvée, we joined forces with the artist “Fauve”, transforming ten of his works into unique labels, featuring our emblematic ladybird.

Harvesting under the veil of night, we capture the pure essence and aromatic richness of the grapes. The fermentation process takes place with the utmost care in our stainless steel vats, followed by six months of meticulous ageing on the lees. Natural decanting and light filtration perfect our wine, preserving its exceptional properties intact.

Visually, our 100% Sauvignon Blanc shimmers pale gold, enhanced by greenish glints. Its bouquet, a captivating blend of broom, citrus and tropical fruit, bewitches the senses.
