OliBa makes their beers with a variety of olives exclusively from the Barcenada Valley (Pyrenees Spain), which offers the beer a unique and refreshing taste with distinctive olive notes, and an unparalleled visual aspect.
The ingredients used for oliBa beers are : water, barley and wheat malts, hops, olive extract, spirulina extract and yeast. Beer made from olives is a unique and lesser-known type of beer that incorporates olives as one of its key ingredients. While olives are traditionally associated with olive oil, they can also be used in the brewing process to create a distinct and flavorful beer.
