oliBa Green Beer was born out of the professional restlessness and innovative spirit of Ivan Caelles, a firm long-term enthusiast of the world of olive oil. The project started with a clear objective: to create a beer that was different, enjoyable and attractive to drink.
oliBa was born out of a highly artisanal elaboration process, with a story and a philosophy deeply rooted in the territory. But the evolution of the market and the international approach used for its supply, have led oliBa to redirect its production and marketing capacity without forgetting its identity.
oliBa Green Beer is the first brand the world to release the green beer, they are focused on beverage innovation, research and development to offer the best of them. OliBa makes their beers with a variety of olives exclusively from the Barcenada Valley (Pyrenees Spain), which offers the beer a unique and refreshing taste with distinctive olive notes, and an unparalleled visual aspect.
The ingredients used for oliBa beers are : water, barley and wheat malts, hops, olive extract, spirulina extract and yeast. Beer made from olives is a unique and lesser-known type of beer that incorporates olives as one of its key ingredients. While olives are traditionally associated with olive oil, they can also be used in the brewing process to create a distinct and flavorful beer.
oliBa Green Beer does not contain sugar, gluten, preservatives or artificial coloring. They have everything to please beer lovers.
