Vanilla bean is a rare species of the plant orchid that has become over the years expensive.
It’s High price is attributed to its labour intensiveness due to absence of pollinating bees that lead to hand pollination by farmers and High aromatic experience it gives it to its end users.
Naturally vanilla looks like a bean pod,and thus for one to extract the vanilla seeds/ caviar from this pods has to follow these steps.
1. One needs to place the vanilla on a dry and clean flat surface, like a table or a chopping board.
2. Use a Harp nice or a folk, to cut the vanilla pod along from its beginning up to the end.
3. Then, use a spoon to collect the black shinny vanilla seeds / vanilla caviar our of the pod.
This seeds can be mixed in your dessertspoon, yoghurt, pastries, gelato ice cream, chocolate and other beverage for flavoring.
